Fresh butter and sugar are cooked in an old fashioned copper kettle then cooled on a slab or marble. They are then coated in chocolate and toppings. Our original and most famous toffee is our English toffee, but why stop at one. We currently make seven different and equally delicious varieties of toffee and are always inventing more!
Turtle-This is our English toffee enhanced with a drizzle of caramel under the milk chocolate and coated with larger pecan pieces in addition to the pecan meal.
